What is the return or exchange policy? 

The Roman Charm designs are custom made per order.  Our goal is for our customers to be happy and enjoy their purchases.  We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn items purchased within the last 30 days.  Exceptions will be made for the holidays (60 days from the date of purchase). Please contact theromancharm@gmail.com to request a return authorization number.  Once you receive a return authorization number, please pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging along with stating on the packing list the return authorization number.  The customer is responsible for the postage of the returned shipment.  Once the returned items are received and inspected, The Roman Charm will issue a refund back to the original form of payment (minus $5.99 for shipping and handling).  The Roman Charm does not accept returns without a return authorization number. 

What are the shipping options?

The current shipping option is the United States Postal Service.

When will I receive my order?

The Roman Charm designs are custom made per order.  Your order will ship from Chicago, IL via USPS within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

We recommend using a string.  Wrap the string around your wrist and mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler.  If you want a snug fit, add .25” and .50” if you want a looser comfort fit.

What materials are the jewelry pieces made of and how do I care for the bracelets?

All bracelets are crafted with quality elastic, 14K gold-filled and/ or 925 sterling silver beads, natural gemstones, and crystals.  We also use shell pearls in our Jess Elegance Collection.  Our quality 14K gold-filled and 925 sterling silver beads are water resistant and will not tarnish.  We do recommend avoiding direct contact with any harsh chemicals (may be found in scented soaps, cosmetics and perfumes, etc.) 

Sterling Silver may darken over time due to water and chemicals.  You may use a silver cleaning solution, or the soft polish cloth provided with your sterling silver order.

Natural gemstones are porous and may become damaged if exposed to water and harsh chemicals.

We also recommend laying bracelets flat when not in use.

Where are the Roman Charm bracelets crafted?

All the Roman Charm bracelets are crafted in Chicago, IL.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Yes, you may make changes within 24 hours by emailing theromancharm@gmail.com and stating your order number on the subject line.
